Chef bio
In his early days Patrice Repellin has worked in some of the world’s top restaurants serving the stars. He has run his own restaurant (Koots Sall) as Manager for 15 years achieving a chef’s hat for 12 consecutive years. Patrice now lives on the Mornington Peninsula and continues his love of serving French inspired cuisine.
